This service provides text (SMS/MMS) messages from Tivly on behalf of, and/or The Hartford (hereinafter references to Tivly includes “on behalf of, and/or The Hartford") to any customer/entity who provides his/her cell phone number with the intent to receive information regarding a small business insurance quote. In order to participate, the customer/entity must have a mobile telephone number with an SMS supported carrier. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.  

  1. Tivly does not charge you to send text messages to you. However, your carrier’s standard data and messaging rates may apply to your entry or submission message, our confirmation and all subsequent SMS messages. Any applicable charges will be billed by and payable to your mobile service provider. 

  2. By providing your mobile number, you consent to receive text messages from us according to the program frequency. You may terminate this service at any time by texting “STOP” to 844-979-3576

  3. By subscribing or otherwise using the service, you acknowledge and agree that we will have the right to change and/or terminate the service at any time, with or without cause and/or advance notice.

  4. Tivly is not liable for any delays in the receipt of any SMS messages as delivery is subject to effective transmission from your mobile service provider. SMS message services are provided on an “as is” basis and we make no warranty, express or implied, and all warranties are hereby disclaimed. 

  5. Data obtained from you in connection with this SMS service may include your cell phone number, your carrier’s name, and the date time and content of your messages, in addition to any other information that you provide. We may use this information to contact you and to provide the services you request from us.
