Summary of Position:
This position answers inbound calls and dials outbound to qualify and transfer the customer to a partner insurance agency.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Answer inbound phone calls and call out on leads in the system in a timely manner. Accurately identify existing lead or generate a new lead. Appropriately qualify the customer and transfer agent for an insurance quote. Communicate with management and peers.
Qualifications and Skills:
We offer medical, dental, and vision coverage. The company pays 50% of the employee's premium and 100% of short term disability for all full-time employees
Our office is open 7 am to 8 pm CST Monday - Friday.
